Mark Roda is a Lancaster County native with more than 20 years of experience helping clients make informed and confident decisions about managing their wealth. Driven by a passion to make a positive impact in the lives of others, Mark and his team at CLEAR WEALTH PARTNERS believe financial advice should always be clear, straightforward, and grounded in the highest ethical standards.

Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University and began his career in financial services in 2005, working for a global trust company and later a national brokerage firm. He has pursued extensive professional development, completing coursework through the College for Financial Planning to earn the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), and Chartered SRI Counselor (CSRIC®) designations. Additionally, he holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor™ (CPFA™) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.

In 2011, Mark transitioned to private practice, affiliating with Commonwealth Financial Network® to offer a more personalized and independent wealth management experience. This relationship gives his firm access to Commonwealth’s deep institutional resources—delivering cutting-edge, big-city strategies with the personal attention of a small-town office.

Mark lives in Elizabethtown with his wife, Ann, and their three daughters. He is actively involved in community service, serving as an investment committee member for The United Way of the Capital Region and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Pennsylvania. He also serves as Chair of the Ronald McDonald House Charities National Investment Program Advisory Board and Chair of the Scouting America PA Dutch Council Investment Committee, as well as a board member of his daughters' winter swim team and Catholic school.
